How quickly can AppointStream be deployed?

Who controls the qualification criteria?
You do. Before deployment, we work with you to define exactly what a qualified prospect looks like for your brokerage — timeline, budget range, pre-approval requirements, geographic preferences, and intent level. AppointStream filters to your criteria. You have full transparency into what every prospect was asked and how they responded.
What happens to my data if we end the partnership?
It stays yours. All pipeline data, contact records, lead history, and attribution data belongs to your brokerage — not DAIA. We install the system inside infrastructure you control. If we part ways, you walk away with everything intact. This is a foundational principle, not a contractual technicality.
Do my agents need to learn a new system?
No. AppointStream was specifically designed with the reality that most real estate agents don't actively use their CRM. Your agents don't manage the pipeline — the system does. Their only touchpoint is a notification when an appointment is confirmed. That's it. No training requirements. No new habits to build. They just show up.
Is ad spend included in the retainer?
No. Ad spend is always billed separately and goes directly to the advertising platforms (Meta, Google). This ensures full transparency — you see exactly what's being spent and where, without it being bundled into an opaque retainer. The setup fee and monthly retainer cover the infrastructure, management, and system operation.
We already work with other lead vendors. Can we still partner?
Yes — and many of our clients run AppointStream alongside existing lead sources.
